【韓國】韓國MEPS法規新增管制產品說明

從2009年1月1日起，韓國將Adaptor、充電器和電冷暖房機納入MEPS(Minimum Energy Performance Standard)管制產品清單中。

根據法規规定，對Adaptor 與充電器進行如下說明：

1. 適用範圍：外接式電源裝置、輸出功率為150W 以下之電源適配器、與輸入功率為20W 以下的鋰電池充電器。
2. 最低消費效率基準如下：
   (1). Adapter

Output power (Pno)	Operating efficiency	Nameplate display output power (Pno)	Max.standby power [no load]
0 <Pno≤1W	≥0.49×Pno	0 <Pno< 10W	≤0.5W
1W<Pno≤49W	≥[0.09×Ln(Pno)]+0.49
		10W≤Pno≤150W	≤0.75W
49W<Pno≤150W	≥0.84


(2). 充電器

充電器輸入功率	Max.standby power [no load]
0W ~ 10W	0.5W 以下
10W ~ 20W	0.75W 以下




3. MEPS 標籤標示說明：

標籤範例	說明
	Model name/number: ABC-12345 The product satisfies the minimum energy performance standard.

(1). 無標籤尺寸大小限制，可隨產品尺寸調整。
(2). 需為韓文

4. 如製造商為海外廠商(非韓國廠商)，需由其韓國當地進口商作為申請者，進行申請。
5. 需求樣品數：三套
6. 需求文件：產品線路圖與標籤
