1. FCC公告暫停新的DFS之Master設備驗證許可。
2. 依據2009年6月10日定期的TCB Council會員conference call中討論，FCC宣布NTIA正在研究UNII Master設備的干擾，目前已暫時停止新的DFS Master設備的發證作業直至新的釋義文件確認公告為止。

   June 10, 2009 During a regular conference call with the TCB Council Membership, the FCC announced that NTIA is currently investigating interference with UNII Master Devices. The FCC has currently halted issuing new Certifications of Master devices until further notice. The UNII band operates in the same spectrum space as many government radars. The purpose of the Dynamic Frequency Selection (DFS) function in the 5250-5350 and 5470-5725 MHz bands is to detect and avoid frequencies where government services are operating. Apparently, there are some concerns with actual implementation of the methods to avoid interference. Stay tuned to PACKETS for more information.
   The FCC indicated that it is holding up the approval of any DFS master Certifications. As initially planned at the time of publication of DFS test procedures, the NTIA was to conduct periodic reviews of devices in the field to determine whether those devices are in compliance with the rules. NTIA is currently investigating some devices and reviewing the test procedures. The FCC will continue to perform testing at the FCC lab, but will wait for NTIA to complete its review. It is expected that the NTIA review will take a few more weeks.
